Scott Mackenzie Appointed as Commercial Director
Scott Mackenzie has been appointed Commercial Director at Horizon Leisure Centres.
Scott commences this new role at Horizon Leisure Centres in November 2022, where he will be instrumental in developing the leisure trusts ambitious plans and transformational strategy.
With previous roles at David Lloyd Leisure and Fitness First, Scott brings a wealth of experience amassed over his 17 years in the fitness, leisure and hospitality sectors.
Scott commented, “I am delighted to join the Horizon family at what is a very exciting time in our growth. I fully share Horizon’s values and our vision to empower healthier and happier communities through health, fitness and wellbeing. This remains a commitment and focus as we prepare for 2023.”

Horizon Leisure Centres is the local charity that operates both Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres, inspiring a healthier and happier community across the borough. As a charity, Horizon is a not-for-profit organisation and continues to keep prices low to encourage regular use by the community. Any surplus is reinvested into the facilities to maintain standards, meet customer demand, and improve the customer experience.
