Important notice about Horizon’s digital On Demand Service

Following long conversations internally about the future of Horizon’s digital On Demand service, we have now reached the difficult decision to stop the service with immediate effect.

We received a lot of feedback from our customers in relation to the perceived poor quality of this service, which naturally prompted us to look into how we can make some improvements.

Unfortunately, this meant significant investment and as a charity that operates to re-invest any profits back into our facilities and services to benefit our customers, we decided against this particular move and to consider other opportunities.

We know this news will be disappointing for some customers who enjoyed keeping active with On Demand throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. We look forward to continuing to welcome you into our centres and helping all our community to stay active through our award-winning facilities and services.
