What to expect at The Horizon Customer Forums
The group will meet informally quarterly to discuss a wide range of topics, and we will use feedback to inform decision-making processes to improve facilities, services and experiences at Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres.
We are actively recruiting representatives with diverse backgrounds and experiences who feel confident to share their opinions and viewpoints on various discussion themes, both positively and constructively.
The discussion themes may include, but are not limited to:

Planned projects relating to expansion/development plans

Horizon’s gym, swim and group exercise offering

Horizon’s retail and hospitality offering

Customer service and customer engagement projects

Community outreach and engagement projects
-
Accessibility and inclusivity of our centres/service offerings

What you can expect as a volunteer
While we appreciate our customers lead busy lives outside of Horizon, we would expect participants of the Customer Forum to be able to attend most meetings, with prior notice given if you cannot attend.
