We have a number of exciting new gym challenges coming up throughout the year at Havant and Waterlooville!
Our next challenge is to trek the summit of Mount Fuji starting on 1st August!
Trek the 3,776 metres to the summit of Mount Fuji, by completing 6 stations of timed cardio sessions within one month for the chance to win an exciting prize (TBC)
Use any piece of cardio equipment to complete the challenge – each box on the wall chart represents 15 minutes of cardio, complete 5 blocks to reach each station. You can complete a maximum of 30 minutes of cardio per day.
