The gym boasts more than 160 modern work stations that replicate the action of cycling, walking, running, skating, rowing and climbing, using well known cardio equipment such as treadmills, rowers, bikes, cross trainers and summit climbers, alongside a large range of resistance training equipment and a superb selection of free weights, as well as designated areas to warm up, cool down and stretch.
Furthermore it showcases exceptional boxing frames and a two-lane running track, which you won’t find in many gyms!
Havant Gym is staffed by friendly, fully qualified instructors, who are always on hand to orientate you with the equipment and support and guide you with top tips and great advice, so join today!
Lockers available in the gym are secured with a personal padlock. You can bring your own or padlocks can be purchased from reception for £3.80.

You can use Havant Gym either as a member or as a pay-as-you-go user. The Membership price includes the use of both Havant and Waterlooville gyms, the use of both Havant and Waterlooville swimming pools and the use of over 150+ exercise classes and use of the crèche at both centres.

The Toning Table Studio at Havant Leisure Centre provides a warm, friendly and relaxing experience for people looking to become more active and to improve their health and wellbeing.
The Toning Table Studio can be used by almost everyone regardless of disability.
Enjoy a full body workout without over-stressing your joints and muscles in a friendly, relaxing and quiet environment.
Pay-as-You-Go options are available, although members signed up to one of our monthly plans get the best value. Learn more below.
