Blood Pressure Managment
The Beat it! Programme, funded by Hampshire County Council, is a free 6-week course designed to help you safely increase your activity levels and manage your blood pressure through lifestyle changes. Held at the Horizon Wellbeing Hub in Havant, this programme offers expert guidance and support to improve overall health. Participants will benefit from personalized exercise plans, nutritional advice, and practical tips for integrating healthier habits into daily life. Six Week Course
- A weekly group education session
- A weekly low-impact circuit and/or Tai chi session
Inclusion criteria:
- Blood pressure between (121/81 and 180 /100)
- Living in the Havant Borough
- Over 18
Exclusion criteria:
- Diastolic blood pressure over 100 mmHg
- Uncontrolled conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes and arrhythmias
