Terms and Conditions: First Month Free Offer for Families joining Horizon Leisure 

Valid from 1^st April 2024 to 31^st May 2024. These terms and conditions precede any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Instructions are considered integral to the terms and conditions, and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your records.

1. This promotional offer is open to UK residents. 
2. Offer opens on 1/4/2024 and closes on 31/5/2024.
3. To be eligible, customers must join and purchase a 12-month committed family membership. This offer does not apply to annual or flexible memberships.
4. The promotional code ‘Family’ must be used online and in-centre to redeem this offer.
5. The promotion is applicable to new members only (i.e., those who have not been a member in the previous 30 days).
6. The minimum number of contracted monthly direct debit payments will be twelve (12). 
7. For memberships purchased by 14^th of the month, the first direct debit instalment will commence on 1^st of the following month. For memberships purchased after 15^th of the month, the first direct debit instalment will commence on 1^st of the second following month.   
8. All membership terms and conditions, as well as cancellation terms, apply.
9. All members who join and wish to use the gym must first complete the Health Commitment Statement.
