Les Mills Body Combat
A total body martial arts workout choreographed to music. It is designed to give you maximum calorie burn. Punch and kick your way to fitness with these high-energy non-contact martial arts workouts. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Les Mills Body Pump
A barbell and weights class choreographed to music. It will strengthen your entire body by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. There is great music, and your choice of weights to inspire you to get the results you came for.

Les Mills Shapes
An invigorating blend of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

Boxercise
An exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. It can involve hitting focus pads and is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting. Accessible to all fitness levels.

CIRCL Mobility
This class is based on the science of functional movement and focuses on flexibility, mobility and breathwork. CIRCL Mobility will help you release stress and restore your range of motion.

Dance Cardio
This exhilarating cardio class to radio hits (pop, club, hip hop) uses easy-to-follow moves combining fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Legs, Bums & Tums
A class that will focus on strengthening your legs, bum and tummy using strength and cardio body weight movements.

Pilates
Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise. Pilates aims to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. This slow and controlled approach to exercise can help to relieve stress and tension, aid back problems, assist in injury rehabilitation and improve body awareness.

Pilates for Life
This is a flowing fast paced Pilates concept exclusive to Horizon. You will follow all the principles of Pilates using flowing exercises to help build strength and stamina with a full body approach. Equipment including dumbbells and weight plates maybe used in the classes, expect to sweat with this workout!

Step
This is a freestyle class that will raise your heart rate in a fun way while improving your endurance and strength. While not high impact, the class will require you to step up and down from the step and perform exercises using the step as a base.

Strength & Tone
A high energy, low impact class that will have you working hard to amazing beats. The instructor will lead you through a full body workout using light weights and your own body weight.

This Girl Can
‘This Girl Can’ is a class to inspire women to be more physically active with like-minded people. The class has various styles of workouts all aimed for women who have not exercised for a while.

Hatha Yoga
In this class you will be guided through a series of poses in a slower sequence than flow yoga. Concentrating on breath work and the mind and body connection. The class will often have a meditative relaxation phase.

Fitness Yoga
A freestyle yoga class that will give variations to all postures to make them achievable to all. This dynamic class will focus on breath, strength and flexibility. Finishing with relaxation.

My Kind of Yoga
A mix of flowing and static postures throughout the class concentrating on breath and alignment. A class that improves flexibility through achievable postures. Taught with or without music.

Yoga Flow
A class looking at the dynamic flow of yoga postures with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. It is about transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.

Zumba
This latin style dance class features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning calories.
