A 30 minute high intensity interval training class that anyone can fit into a busy lifestyle. Designed to decrease body fat and boost your fitness in a quick session. You must have had a gym induction prior to attending this class.

Low Impact Circuits
This class has a strength focus that will target all the main muscle groups. You will feel like you’ve had a great workout without the impact on your joints. This class is ideal for all abilities and the exercises can be adapted to meet individual needs.

Box & Burn
This is a 30 minute interval style class using boxing related exercises. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.
