HIITS
A 30 minute high intensity interval training class that anyone can fit into a busy lifestyle. Designed to decrease body fat and boost your fitness in a quick session. You must have had a gym induction prior to attending this class.
Low Impact Circuits
This class has a strength focus that will target all the main muscle groups. You will feel like you’ve had a great workout without the impact on your joints. This class is ideal for all abilities and the exercises can be adapted to meet individual needs.
High Impact Circuits
This high intensity class combines both cardio and resistance training. It is a challenging, total body workout that is designed to raise your heart rate.
