HIITS

A 30 minute high intensity interval training class that anyone can fit into a busy lifestyle. Designed to decrease body fat and boost your fitness in a quick session. You must have had a gym induction prior to attending this class.

Low Impact Circuits

This class has a strength focus that will target all the main muscle groups. You will feel like you’ve had a great workout without the impact on your joints. This class is ideal for all abilities and the exercises can be adapted to meet individual needs.

Set up of equipment before Boxercise. Including gloves, pads and skipping ropes.

Box & Burn

This is a 30 minute interval style class using boxing related exercises. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.

Swimming & Café Notice – Waterlooville

Please note that due to our Swim Gala taking place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th, there will be no swimming activities running at Waterlooville Leisure Centre on these dates.
