Our centres are busier than ever, which is fantastic to see and a great reflection of our active community.

At peak times, particularly weekend mornings, our reception teams are supporting a high number of customers at once. From welcoming new members and managing bookings to answering enquiries, this can sometimes lead to longer wait times.

If you’re looking for a quicker and more relaxed experience, we recommend visiting during quieter times where possible.

When is best to visit?

Based on our busiest periods, we recommend visiting during quieter times where possible. Typically, these include:

• Early mornings
• Early to mid-afternoons
• Later evenings

Our busiest periods are usually:

• Weekday evenings (around 5–7pm)
• Weekend mornings (around 10–11am)

If you are planning to sign up, make an enquiry or would like more time with our team, visiting outside of these peak times will help ensure a smoother experience.
