This May Half Term, Horizon is your go to for keeping the kids active, moving and having fun.

Across Havant and Waterlooville, we have packed the week with sessions to burn energy, build confidence and give them something to look forward to every day, all in a safe, supportive environment you know and trust.

Kids & Teens Join FREE this May Half Term

This may half term, there is even more reason to get involved.

From 25 to 31 May, there is no joining fee on THRIVE and Junior memberships. It is the perfect time to get started, whether your child is trying something new or looking for more ways to stay active each week.

With flexible sessions, a welcoming environment and activities designed to build confidence, it is an easy way to keep them moving, social and off screens during the holidays.

You can sign up in centre at Horizon Havant or Horizon Waterlooville and get started straight away.

THRIVE - Dodgeball

THRIVE & Junior Activities

Our THRIVE programme runs throughout half term, giving kids and teens a mix of structured activity and social time in a safe, supportive space.

From sports sessions to youth clubs, there is something happening every evening to keep them active and engaged.

Sessions run from 4.00pm across the week and are free for family members, with PAYG available for £5.

Locations:

  • Havant Leisure Centre: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
  • Waterlooville Leisure Centre: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday

Bounce, climb & burn energy on AirXtreme

If you are looking to burn off some serious energy, AirXtreme is always a half term favourite.

With climbing, bouncing and non stop fun, it is perfect for all ages and a great option for families or groups. Each session is 55 minutes.

Opening Times:

  • Saturday 23 and 30 May: 9.00am to 4.00pm
  • Sunday 24 and 31 May: 9.00am to 4.00pm
  • 55 minute sessions

  • 12.00 to 1.00pm: FREE filming session

Soft Play every day

For younger children, Soft Play is open every day throughout half term, making it an easy and flexible option to fit around your plans.

It is the perfect space for them to explore, play and burn energy whatever the weather.

  • 10.00 to 11.45am
  • 12.00 to 1.45pm
  • 2.00 to 3.45pm
  • 4.00 to 5.30pm

For toddlers & pre-schoolers

We have dedicated sessions designed especially for younger children, helping them build confidence, coordination and social skills through play.

  • Adventure Play: Tuesday and Thursday, 9.30 to 11.00am
  • Toddler Bounce: Wednesday, 9.30 to 11.00am
  • From £4.50

Pre School Gymnastics

A fun introduction to movement in a structured but supportive environment.

  • Tuesday 26 May and Thursday 28 May
  • 11.15am to 12.00pm
  • £5.50

Junior Gym (11+ years)

Junior Gym is a great way for older children to build confidence, independence and healthy habits.

Whether they are just getting started or already enjoy being active, it gives them the space to develop at their own pace.

  • 10.00am to 3.00pm with a parent member
  • 4.00pm to 6.00pm supervised sessions
  • £5 per session
TidalX sessions

Looking for something a little different? TidalX brings high energy fun into the pool and is perfect for confident swimmers.

Havant:

  • Saturday 23 and 30 May
  • 1.15 to 2.15pm
  • 2.30 to 3.30pm

Waterlooville:

  • Saturday 23 May and Sunday 31 May
  • 2.30 to 3.30pm

NEW: SEND Family Bounce

We are introducing a dedicated SEND Family Bounce session this half term, designed to be inclusive, relaxed and welcoming for families.

Spaces can fill quickly during half term, so we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
