Horizon’s 25th Anniversary Open Days
As part of our 25th Anniversary celebrations, we’re delighted to announce our free Open Day dates at both our Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres for the local community. There’s never been a better time to explore your local leisure centre and discover our facilities, as we come together for a day filled with fun, freebies and a whole host of activities for everyone to enjoy!
When Are The Open Days?
Open Day – Havant Leisure Centre
Saturday 12th November, 10am – 4pm
Open Day – Waterlooville Leisure Centre
Sunday 13th November, 10am – 4pm

Mike Lyons, Chief Executive Officer at Horizon Leisure Centres, said: “At Horizon, we are looking forward to opening up both our Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres to the wider community. The health and wellbeing of residents is extremely important to us, so this is a great opportunity to showcase our facilities and services encouraging more people to become active. Our committed team will be present over the weekend to promote the services and activities that are on offer. Our aim ultimately, is to connect with the community and help local people to achieve healthier and happier lives”
Havant Borough Council Lead for Affordable Housing, Communities and CIL, Councillor Gwen Robinson, added: “In their 25th celebratory year, Horizon Leisure Centres continue to play an active role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our community. They are doing a brilliant job of engaging the community, and we’re delighted to see them organising two open days filled with events, completely free to residents.”
Admission to both Open Days is free of charge. No registration or booking is required to attend. Booking may be required for certain events or activities on the day.
