Horizon Gym Filming & Photography Policy
This policy sets out Horizon Gyms’ approach to filming and photography, with clear guidelines in place to help protect the privacy and safety of our members and staff.
1. Consent comes first.
Members must not film, photograph, or livestream other gym-goers without their permission. If a staff member or another member asks you to stop filming, you’re required to comply immediately.
2. Changing rooms are off-limits.
Filming and photography aren’t permitted in changing areas. This extends to video calls, which are also not allowed in the changing rooms, to safeguard everyone’s privacy.
3. Don’t disrupt other members.
Camera equipment, tripods, or elaborate filming setups shouldn’t create hazards, block walkways, or interfere with others using the gym floor.
4. Respectful conduct is expected.
Members are expected to be considerate of others at all times. This means not making people the unwilling subject of content, and more broadly, avoiding any behaviour that makes fellow gym users uncomfortable.
