Dementia Cricket Testimonial
The Dementia cricket sessions are well-run & most of all great fun. Everyone has their turn to bat, bowl or field. There’s no pressure if anyone feels they’d rather sit out at any point. The leaders/organisers give a warm welcome to both players & carers, who can join in or sit out to have a chat.
The tea break after the session gives everyone a chance to get to know each other better. It’s an opportunity to make new friends with other people in a similar situation.
Exercise, laughter, friendship: what could be better!
