Meet Our Experts is coming to Horizon for the first time on Wednesday 10th November, 5pm-7pm at Waterlooville Leisure Centre. To kick things off, we’re looking at how you can reach your goals; ageing and how to adapt your workout; nutrition to support your fitness plans; pre and postnatal fitness; training after injury and so much more!

What is ‘Meet Our Experts’?

Meet Our Experts events are free and informal events for members and non-members alike, offering you the chance to talk to and learn from a broad range of qualified and highly-trained health and wellbeing experts.

These events are part of Horizon’s commitment to empowering people to live healthier and happier lives. At these events, you will be able to enjoy 1-on-1 discussions with your “preferred” experts.
