As you all know we are living through unprecedented times. Horizon will be playing its part to support the nation’s efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus and to keep people safe and healthy.
Horizon is going to do what it believes to be the right thing and treat all its customers fairly and with respect. We fully appreciate the support and customer loyalty you have shown us and we will now show our support to you by suspending the existing membership, annual and block booking contract terms and conditions until we are able to re-open.
Our aim is to be able to cope with the enforced closure of the centres for whatever period the Government determines and then resume our service as soon as possible after the restrictions have been lifted.

All Membership direct debit payments will be frozen from 1 April 2020 meaning no payments will be taken over the closure period.
Once the centres re-open we will reactivate the Platinum and other Memberships’ direct debit payments and return them to the position before the centres closed. We are, in effect, hitting the pause button for the closure period.
During this period, please do not cancel your Direct Debit at your bank because this could result in an administration fee being charged.
After the centres are back up and running memberships will restart and the normal terms and conditions will resume.
Annual Memberships, Block Bookings and Courses

All the above pre-payments will be frozen from 1 April 2020 and any pre-paid periods, lessons or bookings will be rolled forward once the centres reopen.
