The price includes a gym instructor devising an exercise programme with you, which will be specifically made in line with your individual needs.
The programme will include a routine for you to follow stating which equipment you should use and how long you should spend on each piece of equipment.
The plan will also list which weighted exercises you should complete and the amount of repetitions you are required to do. The programmes will be made with the aim of helping you achieve your goals.
The Exercise Programme will last for 12 weeks, after this you will be able to book in again for a new programme which will be free of charge.
