Brass Monkey Cold Plunge
Our Brass Monkey Cold Plunge is a refreshing recovery experience for both body and mind. Cold water therapy is proven to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up muscle recovery, making it the perfect way to complement your training. Just a few minutes in the icy water can leave you feeling re-energised, clear-headed, and ready to take on the day.
The plunge is designed with comfort and safety in mind, featuring temperature control and advanced filtration for a clean, consistent experience. Open to all Horizon members with no booking required, it’s time to take the plunge.
Gym
Our multi storey gym is built to work for however you like to train. Dedicated zones for cardio, strength and functional work mean there’s always space to do your own thing, whether that’s a quick session before work or a proper hour working through your programme.
Sauna & Steam
A proper way to finish a workout. Our sauna and steam room give you somewhere to relax and recover, whether that’s easing tired muscles or just taking ten minutes to yourself before you head home.
Swimming Pool
Our heated main pool is designed to work for however you want to use it, whether you’re training, focusing on technique, or just taking time to switch off. It’s carefully maintained at a comfortable temperature throughout the day.
We also run Swim School for babies, toddlers and children up to and including Stage 4, with experienced teachers focused on building water confidence and developing technique from the very start.
For added peace of mind, our pool uses the Sentag safety system, which continuously monitors activity in the water and alerts our team if a swimmer needs assistance, an extra layer of reassurance for every visit.
Exercise Studio
Our studio runs 80+ classes a week, including Les Mills favourites alongside strength, cycling and wellbeing sessions, with something suited to every fitness level. Combined with our pool and gym, there’s over 100 sessions a week to choose from across the whole centre.
