As of 24th February 2020 if customers do not attend their exercise class and do not cancel their booking providing at least 6 hours notice before the start of their class they will receive one strike.
The 1st and 2nd strike will stay on for 6 weeks. Once a member has 3 strikes they will lose their advance booking privileges (Platinum members 7-day / others 48 hours).
This is due to the high demand for our popular exercise classes. Some customers are repeatedly not turning up without informing us - this is unfair to other customers.
Customers must also sign in at reception or swipe their card at the Kiosk BEFORE every class to record their attendance. If we do not receive notification of your arrival or cancellation then a strike will be issued to your account.
