Class Information Venue
Water Works A water-based exercise choreographed to music which trains the entire body, heart, lungs and muscles, choose your intensity. The water can be used for added resistance and/or for support. Havant & Waterlooville
Aqua Low to moderate exercises working with music using the water for extra resistance and a great way to support the body whilst working out. Havant & Waterlooville
“This Girl Can” TGC “This Girl Can” is a class to inspire women to be more physically active with like-minded people. The class has various styles of workouts all aimed for women who have not exercised for a while. Havant & Waterlooville
Body Balance (Les Mills) A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout choregraphed to music. It builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. You do not have to be flexible to do this class. Havant & Waterlooville
Body Combat (Les Mills) It is a total body martial arts workout choregraphed to music. It is designed to give you maximum calorie burn. Punch and kick your way to fitness with these high-energy non-contact martial arts workouts. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Havant & Waterlooville
Body Pump (Les Mills) A barbell and weights class choregraphed to music it will strengthen your entire body by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for. This workout is not for heavy weightlifting. Havant & Waterlooville
RPM (Les Mills) This is a LES MILLS choregraphed indoor cycling workout. It is choregraphed to music allowing you to achieve your best workout with your instructor leading you through various different rides. In this class you can burn up to 675 calories a session. Havant & Waterlooville
Body Conditioning This class has a low impact cardio warm up and then uses body weight or various equipment to tone your whole body. A good fun class. Havant & Waterlooville
Body Tone This class has a low to high cardio content using light hand weights and body weight, a great way to tone the whole body. Havant
LBT A class that has exercises specifically aimed at particular areas of the body (ie. legs, bums and tums). Havant & Waterlooville
Over 50’s A varied fun-packed workout done at a pace suitable for everyone, with lots of options given to suit everyone. Standing and floor Work. Havant
Core Stability & Abs A 30 minute blast for abdominals with varied exercises to target all areas. Havant
Coach By Colour A Cycle Class working with the bikes computer to give the rider a more measurable and meaningful workout. It works with the bikes console to allow the rider to gage how hard they are working. Havant
Cycle A really effective, motivating calorie burning/cardiovascular workout on our indoor bikes that involves no routines or need for co-ordination. This is an instructor led class. Havant
Les Mills Virtual RPM Virtual workouts combine Les Mills World-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivation from some of the hottest instructors on the planet. It’s a truly inspiring experience that will drive amazing results. Non-instructor led with a small induction at the beginning. Havant
PoundFit It is a cardio jam session inspired by the fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix which are slightly weighted drum sticks to give you an energised workout. Havant & Waterlooville
Boxercise An exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. It can involve hitting focus pads and is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Havant & Waterlooville
My Kind of Yoga A mix of flowing and static postures throughout the class concentrating on breath and alignment. A class to definitely improve, flexibility through achievable postures. Taught with or without music. Havant & Waterlooville
Yoga Flow The classes are a dynamic flow of postures with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. It is about transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses. Taught with or without music. Havant & Waterlooville
Fitness Yoga A yoga class that will give variations to all postures to make them achievable to all. Static postures working with breath and with concentration on flexibility. Finishing with relaxation. Taught with or without music. Havant & Waterlooville
Hatha Yoga This class normally includes a variety of styles of yoga and works with postures using breath, body and mind. Can include meditation and relaxation. Havant & Waterlooville
Pilates Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise. Developed by physiotherapists and fitness professionals, Pilates classes aim to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. This slow and controlled approach to exercise can help to relieve stress and tension, aid back problems, assist in injury rehabilitation and improve body awareness. Havant & Waterlooville
Zumba This Latin style dance class features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning calories. Havant & Waterlooville
Dance Cardio This exhilarating cardio class to radio hits (pop, club, hip hop) music uses easy-to-follow moves combining fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Havant
Body Attack (Les Mills) A high-energy fitness class combining athletic moves like running and jumping with strength moves like push up and squats. This class can cater for total beginners to total fitness addicts. Havant
Grit – Strength (Les Mills) A 30 minute (HIIT) workout using barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Waterlooville
Grit – Cardio (Les Mills) A 30 minute (HIITT) Workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Waterlooville
Grit – Athletic (Les Mills) A 30-minute (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises. Waterlooville
The Trip (Les Mills)  A fully immersive experience of a 40 minute multi-peak cycling workout, a journey through digitally created worlds. Virtual Only. Havant
Sprint (Les Mills) A 30 minute HIIT workout. A high intensity, low impact workout, scientifically proven to return rapid results. Virtual Only. Havant
