‘Pay the Admin Fee’ Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions take precedence in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Instructions are integral to the terms and conditions, and by participating, all claimants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your records.

1. This promotional offer is open to UK residents only.
2. The offer is a “Pay the Admin Fee” promotion, with no prorated payment required at sign-up. The promotion opens on 1st November 2024 and closes on 15th December 2024.
   • First direct debit (DD) payments will be scheduled as follows:
     • Members joining between 1st November and 19th November will have their first DD payment on 1st December.
     • Members joining between 20th November and 15th December will have their first DD payment on 1st January.
3. To be eligible, customers must join and purchase a 12-month committed membership. The promotion applies to Individual, Dual and Family memberships at Horizon Havant and Horizon Waterlooville Leisure Centres only. This offer does not apply to annual or flexible memberships.
4. The promotional code ‘PAY15’ must be used both online and in-centre to redeem this offer.
5. The promotion is applicable to new members only (i.e., those who have not held a membership within the past 30 days).
6. The minimum number of contracted monthly direct debit payments is twelve (12).
7. All standard membership terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, apply.
8. All members who join and wish to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement before using the facilities.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
